Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may request cancellation within 7 days from receiving goods, or from the date a third party appointed by you takes possession. To exercise this right, inform us by email, website contact form or phone.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for return, goods must generally have been purchased within the last 7 days and be in original packaging. Goods made to your specifications, personalized goods, perishable goods, expired goods, unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods and items inseparably mixed after delivery may not be returnable.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without receiving returned goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive gift credit after the return is received. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund may be sent to the original purchaser.
